Carriage House Caterers

In order to foster better nutrition, build culinary skills that could lead to employment, and create a revenue stream for its programming, Interact’s Community Supported Recovery Program has started a consumer-run business called Carriage House Caterers. Supervised by a professional chef, the program is run by consumers in our recovery program. Carriage House Caterers provides nutritious affordable food to our consumers on a regular basis and has numerous specialty sales such as quiches, lunch, and dinner throughout the year. They also cater outside events including buffet-style lunches and dinners for up to 100 people. Consider them for your next event!

For more information about Carriage House Caterers, call (215) 487-0904, ext. 3008 or email Donna Czapiga.
