Room requests for Community Groups
Interact is happy to offer our rooms free of charge to community groups for meetings. If your organization needs a space to meet or hold a community forum, we can offer you four unique rooms to satisfy your needs. (We cannot host any fundraising events at this time).
Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the desired date. Community groups may request regular, ongoing meetings; terms and conditions may apply. Requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and must be approved by the President & CEO. Requesters will be notified of availability within one week of receipt of request.
We are currently unable to offer space to individuals for private events.
