HUD APPROVAL Certificate-Intercommunity
Journey’s Way Housing Counselors were recently awarded HUD certification for the next three years. Our housing counseling program was deficiency free during our first ever HUD performance review. We are extremely grateful for the work that our counselors do for our aging population in and around our community.
The Housing Counseling service offers information and assistance for many programs:
• Home Maintenance and Repair Programs
• Utilities Benefits and Programs
• Money Management and Budgeting
• Deed related assistance
• Mortgage Default or Delinquency counseling
• Loan related concerns and scams
• Relocation
