Journey’s Way Center will be completely closed to members beginning Tuesday, March 17. If you have ordered lunch for this week, “Grab and Go” cold meals will be available to pick up at the Dining Room doors from 11:30am to 12 noon. If you reserved a meal, and want to cancel, please call 215-487-1750, if possible, before noon the day before.
If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message including your name and phone number. If you reserved a meal, and want to cancel, please call the center to let us know. This must be done before 10:30am on Friday due to DEADLINE.
We will continue to offer “Grab and Go” meals as long as possible, but this will depend on staffing available to provide this service.

Interact provides a broad array of services to older adults through Journey’s Way, Resources & Programs for People 55+. All Journey’s Way’s programs are designed to help People 55+ remain safe, vibrant, and independent in their community.
Over 40 years ago, Interact’s founding families believed that people with disabilities deserved the same opportunities as the rest of society. Today, Interact continues providing supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Effective immediately, in alignment with the best-practice guidance of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, Intercommunity Action, Inc. (Interact) will stop providing in-person behavioral health services at center sites and in the community including in client homes and in public schools, many of which are already closed across the nation. Our goal is to continue providing as many of these services as possible, using tele-health tools. We are working urgently to establish remote/tele-health services to replace these in-person services for you and/or your child.
Interact is focused on finding effective, alternative means to continue supporting you and your family to ensure everyone gets the care needed during this national emergency. We ask for your cooperation during this time, as we make many adjustments in real time. Our hope is we will very quickly be able to provide you the same amount of service time at the same level of quality as you have always received. Your Interact therapist, staff or targeted case manager will be contacting you directly within the next 48 hours to assess any barriers to remote services such as phone and computer technology and access to Wi-Fi.
Interact’s professional staff provides counseling and other services for children, adults, and families at Greenridge Counseling Center. At Greenridge, people find hope and support in their recovery.
