Please join us on Thursday, August 30th from 10:30 to 11:30am at Journey’s Way located at 403 Rector Street for a presentation given by SEPTA. You will be able to learn and refresh your travel skills by attending this group session including:
* Learn strategies to cope with service disruption, delay, and emergencies
* Learn where to seek assistance and how to advocated for oneself before, during, and after
travel experience
* Trip planning using maps, schedules, signs, and landmarks as guides
* Learn about SEPTA accessibility features using assistive mobility devices
* Provision of additional materials and resources as needed to aide independence with using
public transportation
* Learn how to contact customer service using a phone or computer
* Learn about FREE resources available to assist travelers including Stop Assistance cards
and route ID kits
* SEPTA KEY CARD — hear about what’s happening with the Septa Key Card and the easiest way to get one!
