Starting Salary Range: $75.00/hr
Schedule: 10-15 hrs/wk, Monday through Friday ( 1 evening, hrs TBD)
PURPOSE:
Skilled, Independent Contractor, to provide psychiatric consultation, evaluation, and treatment services as requested and in accordance with Agency policies and procedures and State psychiatric clinic regulations, and State ODAAP regulations for clients in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs. The licensed and credentialed nurse practitioner will practice in collaboration with a licensed physician on staffing accordance with the CRNP Collaborative Agreement filed with the State.
FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide excellent patient-centered, trauma-informed psychiatric care for individuals experiencing a variety of behavioral health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders that include the following:
2. Provide psychiatric evaluations that aid in treatment planning.
3. Consult with medical and behavioral health care team as appropriate for individuals diagnosed with co-occurring disorders.
4. Manage medications targeting psychiatric concerns including starts, titrations and changes based on clinical response, side effects, lab values, drug interactions and other considerations in accordance with all relevant State regulations and Agency policies and procedures.
5. Assist with the development and maintenance of appropriate treatment protocols.
6. Promote integrated care of individuals receiving psychiatric services as appropriate including consultation with Primary Care Physicians and other healthcare professionals.
7. Complete all documentation as needed in a timely manner and in accordance with Agency policies and procedures and State psychiatric clinic regulations, and State ODAAP regulations for clients in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs.
8. Maintain clinical records in accordance with State regulations, Agency policies and procedures and managed health care requirements.
9. Completes, as requested and appropriate, Managed Health Care and other insurance forms in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
10. Attend Agency meetings and case conferences as required.
11. Complete all mandatory training to maintain state, CBH, and NIAC credentialing.
12. Must function in full compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, federal state and local laws and Interact’ s Code of Conduct. Must participate in Interact’ s Compliance Program including reporting suspected violations of the compliance program or applicable laws or regulations to supervisor/manager/director or the Compliance Officer.
13. Maintain necessary clearances, continuing education, licenses, and certifications to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

15. Other duties as requested by Clinical Outpatient Administrator of the Greenridge Counseling Center.

PAYMENT:
1. Agency will provide office space and support services including administrative assistance, phone and computer, IT support, office supplies, and access to RELIAS for training and professional development.
2. Contractor will be paid an agreed upon rate per hour for billable services provided.
3. Contractor will submit invoices for billable services by the end of business day on Mondays. All required paperwork (including progress notes and up-to-date treatment plans must be completed) before the program supervisor will sign-off on invoices. Services delivered without a corresponding progress note or current treatment plan may not be paid. Late invoices (30+ days after service delivery) must be approved by the program administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
l. CRNP certified in psychiatry.
2. Two years’ experience providing psychiatric care in a community mental health setting
3. Current Pennsylvania License; Current DEA.
4. Clearance in accordance with PA Acts 33 & 80.
